Deeds Not Words
January 19, 2022I was pleased to collaborate with The Pips and the Mapping Women’s Suffrage researchers to develop a new recorded song – inspired by the suffrage movement – entitled Deeds. A part of the Coventry Creates 2020 digital exhibition, I executive produced this special project, which you can read about and hear here: https://www.mappingwomenssuffrage.org.uk/post/deeds Beautiful lyrics and vocals from the British trio consisting of Cat McTigue, Shanade, and Rio Hellyer with guitar from LA based Yohei Nakamura, piano from Liverpool based Rob Stringer, mixed by Ben Haines, and mastered by The Bowling Green Mastering.
